RELEASE NOTES:
the rock bottom thunder - clashcorner (12" Maxi)
release date: 1/2004
The Parisonic "In-House" concept-band composed by
David G.Yadan, Georges Bendavid and Tom Van Den Heuvel. Their
culture is Rock, their generation is Dance music. They decided
to work with recorded vocals to compose and create their own sound :
Their first collaboration with John Langdon & Katya Casio from Hong
Kong Counterfeit has resulted an unexpected electro-bluesy version
of the New York tune from the mid-nineties "X-Ray Eyes". Another
collaboration with Los Angeles based rap artist AG.DITC on the track
"Rude Awakening" allows them to realize The risky mix between heavy
guitars and Hip Hop, keeping the vibe intact. But the achievement was
when Metamatic allows them to use the vocals of "Underpass" by John
Foxx, original singer of the legendary band ULTRAVOX. The Result :
an "electro-funk for Rock'n'roll lovers" version, "simply Brillant",
said John himself! Did someone said that Rock'n'roll was dead? Just
pay attention, like collector items, it's mastered low and must be
played at maximum volume.....
